Description
In the heart of the bushveld is an absolute jewel of a game farm with the name of Buffelspan Wildsplaas. This 734-hectare farm is a hidden and secluded courtyard in the direction of Cumberland, 75 km past Thabazimbi in the Limpopo province, and only 8 km from the Limpopo River adjacent to Botswana.
The leading infrastructure, coupled with the latest finishes and meticulous attention to detail, results in a beautiful guest house with private yet luxurious accommodation.
This accommodation provides 8 beautiful en-suite chalets that are fully furnished for a comfortable stay. These spacious chalets can accommodate between 2 and 8 guests and come furnished with comfortable beds, air-conditioning as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower as well as a washbasin and toilet.
The main lodge has a large open-plan communal area with a kitchen, guest toilet, lounge, games room with a snooker table and dining area with a large built-in braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Through the stacking doors, there is a spacious patio with sun lounges, a sunken boma area with comfortable outdoor seating and a fire pit as well as a large swimming pool, ideal for those hot summer days for guests to cool off.
Neatly paved walkways connect the lodge and entertainment areas to each of the chalets, aesthetically lit to provide the right atmosphere at night. Well-kept gardens with the entire homestead walled to prevent wildlife from entering, but without losing sight of the surrounding bushveld.
An abundance of game, in a large variety and species, is found for free on the farm. Only a breeding herd of sable antelope is within a camp of 100-hectare.
