This homestead is ideal for a large group, suited for people sharing downstairs. This unit comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open-plan living area. The main house offers 2 bedrooms of which the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with king/twin-size beds as well a single bed, and an en-suite with a shower. The third (outside) bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and has a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom (outside) is furnished with twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. There is also a loft area that can accommodate up to 6 guests in dorm style. The loft is furnished with 6 single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large gas stove and oven, 2 solar-powered fridges, a gas freezer, cutlery and crockery. The enclosed verandah features 2 daybeds for guests to relax. This unit has private braai facilities in the house, on the verandah as well as outside, a private plunge pool right next to the dam, and beautiful 360 degrees mountain views all around. For larger families or groups, there is also a loft area (with a toilet) that offers dorm-style sleeping facilities (twin beds) for 6 additional people.
