Ontevrede met klientediens van agent/eienaars van die verblyf.

Lekker gebly, pragtige huis, volledig toegerus, maar ontevrede oor die klientediens vanaf die agent/eienaar. Op aankoms het ons gevra vir die WiFi se wagwoord, soos geadverteer, en daar is aan ons genoem dat die agent dit van die eienaars sal aanvra. Na dae se wag en versoeke van my kant af, het sy bevestig dat die wagwoord nie eintlik die probleem is nie, maar dat daar fout is met die torings, wat ek ook nie glo nie, want ons almal kon gebruik maak van ons selfone se data. I feel they could have told me in advance that WiFi was not available, so that I could make other arrangements for it. According to the maintenance team no one can ever get on the WiFi so in my opinion this is something that cannot be advertised. And if I had known in advance, I could have brought my own router, and avoided unnecessary data purchases for my family. I feel like I paid enough for the house to be able to get the password for the WiFi. Unnecessary comments from the agent such as: "Forget the WiFi, just enjoy the forest instead" are also unacceptable. If something is advertised, I expect it! I work for myself, so although it would be heavenly to just be able to enjoy the woods, the reality is that I only have to work if it is required of me. In any case, the agent has nothing to do with what I choose to do on my vacation. The WiFi is of course less of a problem, but rather the communication from the agent/owner is.
