The studio apartment is adjacent to the main house, and has a private entrance. The open-plan living area is furnished with a queen-size bed, as well as 2 single beds, and has a private bathroom with a shower. A double sleeper couch is available in the braai room. The braai room is separate from the studio apartment with its own entrance. Guests, please need to bring their own towels. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A separate, but adjacent, braai room contains a TV with DStv. Please note, the unit is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. Both these rooms share a balcony. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds ideal for children with sliding doors leading out onto a balcony. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a basin and a toilet. The third bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet. Guests, please need to bring their own towels. The lounge area has a comfortable couch and a smart TV with full DStv channels, and Netflix. There is also Wi-Fi contention available. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a fridge-freezer, rockery and cutlery. There is a braai room with a guest toilet and 2 sliding doors that lead out onto a patio. There is a double garage and parking for 2 vehicles in the drive way.
