Description
All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, electronic safe-box, ceiling fan and panel heater. All rooms are located on the ground floor and present their own entrance. There is a queen-size bed in the double-room and an additional bunk-bed and the Quad-room.

House Rules
1) Check-in time is from 2pm-8pm. On request we can sometimes extend these hours.
2) Check-out time is till 10am. On request we can sometimes extend these hours.
3) All guests need to sign-in at check-in with their full names and id-number.
4) No visitors allowed unless you have permission from Wolf, the owner. Extra charges apply.
5) Responsible drinking allowed anywhere inside and outside.
6) Smoking strictly outside. Please use ashtrays for cigarette butts and don't throw them in the garden.
7) Use of swimming-pool and jacuzzi is from 9am till sunset. Other facilities like pool-table and table-tennis etc. can be used till 9pm if other guests don't get disturbed.
8) No glasses and no smoking inside the swimming-pool fencing or in the jacuzzi.
9) The swimming-pool and jacuzzi are solar-heated. This means they can only heat-up on a clear day in the afternoon sun. Please cover them up again so other guests might be able to enjoy the warm water as well.
10) No listening to music anywhere in the garden other than with headphones.
11) Music can be played in the rooms and communal areas till 9pm on a volume which can't be heard outside these areas.
12) Small talk till 10pm in communal and braai-area possible if other guests don't get disturbed. Up from 10pm to 9am in the morning all activities must occur in your room and on a noise level which can't be heard by other guests.
13) No own sound-systems allowed.
14) Please don't remove or change any cleaning equipment from the swimming-pool.
15) No change of setup of electronic equipment like TV and stereo.
