The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The lounge offers an L-shaped couch, a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels, and sea views.

- The Villa and the Apartment can be rented out together for groups of 13 guests, as there is an interleading door between them that can be opened.
- The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the Villa. Guests in the Apartment will not have access to the swimming pool, unless the Villa and Apartment are rented together.
- No smoking inside the Villa or Apartment.
- No pets allowed.
- Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
- Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.

Description
The Villa contains 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, a couch, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a sea view. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The fourth bedroom contains 3 single beds. On the upper level, is the kitchen, dining and living area, a games room, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, an oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble-dryer, and has a scullery. The dining area contains an oak 10-seater dining table. The games room, off the dining room, contains a pool table and has doors opening to the indoor pool area which has a retractable roof to let the sun in. The lounge contains couches, a flat-screen TV, and a ceramic fireplace. The living area has stacker doors open to a balcony with a gas braai and stunning views.
