Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R650 cleaning fee per booking.

Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

For your breakage deposit: Please ensure to pay your breakage deposit 3 days before your arrival date.
Please provide your EFT details for refund of breakage deposit once the house has been checked post-stay. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business working days.
During your stay if you would like a housekeeper to come in, please let us know and we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
No parties or additional guests without prior approval from the host.
The removal, loss, or damage of any household items will result in additional fees.
Kindly note, a fee will be charged for any house rules broken during your stay.
Any arrivals after 17:00 pm will result in an additional fee.

Load shedding:
Capri House is outfitted with an inverter, backup battery, and solar panels.

When it is load shedding, there will be a few limitations.

The entire house will run as normal, we just ask tenants to please refrain from using any of the following equipment for the duration of the load shedding.

Dishwasher
Washing machine
Tumble dryer
Electric kettle
Vacuum cleaner
Panel heaters in the bedrooms
Any device with a heating element (hair straightener, iron) or a Watt output exceeding 500-700 Watt, unless it is only used for a few minutes. While the inverter will not trip, it will put an unneeded strain on the battery.

Prior to arrival tenants must download Eskomsepush, add Capri Village (zone 8), and allow for notifications to be pushed through to their smart devices so they are aware of when the power will go off. This is a must.
