A/C works very well and had hot water for showering. Lapa's floor is very sloping and when it rains, water runs into the lapa and you can get very hurt with the crooked surface. Two of the rooms had bedding that had dirty spots and stains on it. One toilet could not flush and had to remove the lid to flush. Alarm did not work and the security was with us 3 times a day about a false panic alarm. Alarm battery was changed 2 days before our departure and alarm was repaired. The bedroom door of the room with bunk beds is extremely difficult to open and we struggled for quite a while every time we drove and had to lock it. The stove's switches are difficult to read because the writing on the stove has been rubbed off over the years. The oven's switch is also off and one only has to turn the piece of metal and cannot see temperature at all to set. The ice machine does not work at all. Unfortunately cannot recommend the place and it's the first time I have to give negative comments about accommodation. Photos all look very nice, but when you get there things look quite different.
