Casa Caro is an exclusive architectural design thatched-roof holiday home located in a controlled-access estate in Bosbokduin, Still Bay and boasts incredible ocean views, making this ideal for a tranquil holiday with the family or a group of friends.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. All 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and each bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each room has a heater for those cold winter days. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The main living area is situated on the top level and features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central 10-seater dining table. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the separate laundry room.
Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with Showmax and Netflix as well as a seating area that opens up onto a wooden balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee and fully admire the panoramic views. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The ground level of the property opens up onto a patio with outdoor seating, a KolKol wood-fired hot tub and braai facilities, and a heated swimming pool with borehole water, as well as easy access to the beach for fishing and swimming. Casa Caro has a full solar power system backup in the case of a power outage.
The caretaker lives on the property, in separate living quarters, and is available for butler services such as washing dishes, laundry, garbage disposal, braai lighting, car washing, and assistance with the estate rules. This is optional and is available free of charge.
