Description
Casa Fiesta is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Betty’s Bay, ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
This property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and has an ocean view. The main bedroom is located upstairs and has a south-facing balcony with a magnificent sea view. Three bathrooms are en-suite, with 2 fitted with a shower and 1 fitted with just a toilet. The separate bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a dishwasher. The combined dining and braai room contains a large 10-seater dining table, has a built-in braai with comfortable seating, and a smaller adjoining sunroom. There is a second cosy lounge with a fireplace, a TV with DStv channels, and an adjoining wet bar, leading out onto a sea-facing patio with an outside built-in braai and a portable braai.
Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a door that leads to the outside of the house to access the washing line and an outside washbasin. A tumble dryer and an extra fridge are located in the single lock-up garage. Burglar bars are fitted to all the windows and outside doors. Secure on-site parking is available for more than one vehicle.
