Failed to tell us that the area had no water.

Accommodation was very nice and had everything we need. However, the host failed to let us know ahead of time that the area had no water, and this had already been going on for 54 hours. Nothing was mentioned upon arrival either. Only after my daughter tried to have a shower, we contacted the host, and she informed us about the situation. They did try to make a plan, but this has already put a damper on our stay there. It was not worth what we paid for. The bare minimum a place should provide is water.

Great hosts, awesome location!

My friends and I came to Umhlanga for a bridal dress fitting experience. The hosts were sweet and helpful. They recommended a secondary dress shop, as well as a fantastic dinner spot. They left flowers in the room for me to make my experience even more special. The rooms were clean and tidy and it is located very close to the promenade as well as the local buzz. Loved it!
