Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
Uncapped Wi-Fi is available
Please further be advised that this unit has a smart TV with a DStv connection, so should you want to watch TV, please bring your own DSTV decoder, smartcard and cables, or one can be hired from the local supplier in Margate. (no PVR/ Explora)
All bed linen is provided, just bring with your own towels.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for guests between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
The garage can accommodate four vehicles.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 adults and 1 child.
