Beatiful apartment, prime location but hostile reception.

The apartment was not ready at the agreed check-in time, cleaners only left at 19:00 on the Friday evening. However we were still charged a full day fee. On top of that a hostile host harassed us for a ridiculously high breakage fee of R3000 (while the website specifies R1000) while we were not even able to get into the apartment yet. Not a pleasant experience. A comfortable apartment though with beautiful views. It can do with some considerate thinking around what guests would need though.
