House Rules
A R100.00 deposit is payable on arrival for the usage of the TV remote. This may be paid in the form of a credit card imprint authorizing the establishment to debit the card should the TV remote not be returned. Alternatively, the remote deposit may be paid in cash and such deposit will be refunded when the TV remote is returned in good order and condition.
Child Policy:
Children aged between 0 and 12 pay R150.00.
Children aged between 13 and 18 pay R200.00.
On making Reservations during the COVID-19 lockdown levels 4 to 2, guests would need to provide the following minimum documentation for the hotel to process:
1) work permit for essential services;
2) travel permit for essential services;
3) ID.
