Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
No pets allowed.
Please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep the noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
Please no parties and no overnight visitors other than booked guests.
No smoking allowed inside the house at all, and even if you’re outside, please don’t let the smoke blow back into the house.
Please put your butts and ash in a plastic bag and throw away in the dustbin.
Please lock the doors and windows when you go out, and put the alarm on.
Refuse – please put all your rubbish in the black bags
The municipality collects rubbish on Monday mornings from about 8 am.
Please leave the green bin in front of the garage on Sunday night before collection on Monday. Please don’t leave it there any other time or day.
Please be careful with your consumption and make sure taps are tightly closed.
If you use the braai, please make sure there are no hot coals when you go to bed – the wind can pick up here, and there is lots of flammable fynbos (vegetation) around.
Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach – beach towels will be provided.
When coming back from the beach, please wash off all sand under the taps outside and don’t take it into the house or showers as it blocks the drains.
There is a washing line provided outside against garage wall.
When you leave, please strip all the beds and leave all the sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels etc. that you used in the bathrooms.
Please return all keys and remotes upon check out.
Please don’t remove any books, magazines, kitchen equipment, décor, or anything else that belongs to the house.
Please let us know if you break anything, or if anything needs fixing.
Please don’t leave any food or perishables in the fridge/ freezer or kitchen.
