Description

Chapunga is a well-situated holiday retreat in Voëlklip offering all the comforts of home, making it ideal for a family of 5 or for 2 couples. It is located just 10 minutes from the renowned Grotto Beach and is in proximity to all the Blue flag beaches.

This double-storey home can accommodate 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms all located on the upper level. The main bedroom offers partial sea views and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a couch to relax in by a bay window. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a single bed, respectively, and share the use of a family bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Linen and towels are provided.

Downstairs guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge. The modernly designed kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and has a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. For added convenience, there is a separate gas plate and a flask for hot water for when load shedding is in place. The kitchen extends to a 6-seater dining table with chairs, and further flows into the lounge furnished with plush seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi is available. For an added touch to the ambiance is the lovely wood-fired fireplace with an exposed flue to the top level which radiates heat both upstairs and downstairs. The house has an Inverter in case of power outages.

The lounge opens up to the brick paved patio which is located at the back of the property. There’s a built-in braai and seating space, and is perfect for alfresco dining.

As the garage is used for storage, there is off-street parking behind the main gate for a few cars as well as 2 parking spaces in front of the garage.
