The kitchenette is well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. There is a lounge area with seating, a fan, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, the flatlet has a private patio area with a table and chairs, an umbrella, and a kettle braai facility. Secure and private off-street parking for 2 cars directly in front of the flat is provided.

Guests can have access to the swimming pool area which has umbrellas and shade, chairs and a lounger, and a braai facility. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and washing line area. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged on request.
