Description
Chateau Salmichele Farm is nestled between 2 of the world’s oldest mountain ranges The mighty Magaliesburg and the Witswaterburg. Within close proximity from the Cradle of Humankind on the Magalies Meander.
The house features 4 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a basin. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed each while the remaining bedrooms each have a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace and books to read.
The garden boasts local flowers and wildlife, with a dam that frequently welcomes visits from the "Malachite Kingfisher." More than 30 indigenous birds are regular guests and occasional sightings of the Blue crane and paradise flycatchers add to the excitement.
Mornings are filled with the crowing of roosters and the pleasure of caring for sheep, goats, and cows, offering a genuine farm-life experience. The farm is also inhabited by Blue monkeys, weasels, squirrels, meerkats, and, naturally, Impalas and Gemsbok, which are commonly sighted on the farm.
