Baie netjies en skoon. Goeie ligging.

Daar is ‘n lekker koffiewinkel net om die draai. En dis baie naby aan die Seepunt Promenade so ons het lekker gaan stap en draf. Mens kan ongelukkig nie die see sien of bietjie braai by die woonstel nie maar dis definitief nie ‘n groot probleem nie siende dat mens baie rond rits in Kaapstad.
