Description
Chobe River Campsite is a wildlife and birder’s dream situated on the banks of the Chobe River, an ideal spot to relax, just across the river from the renowned Chobe Nature Reserve. Chobe River Camping is an intimate refuge where guests can indulge in the privacy offered by the 4 campsites.
The campsites offer beautiful views of the wild plains of the Chobe River. The campsite offers private ablution blocks, and firewood can be purchased at reception. There is no electricity at the campsite, but guests are welcome to visit the lodge at Chobe River Camp, which is located 700 m away from the campsite.
The lodge offers a restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi in the main building, 24-hour security, a laundry service, and secure parking. Electricity is supplied by generator and solar panels. Seasonal activities can be booked at the camp for an additional per person charge, these include boat cruises, guided walking trails, canoe trips, and bird watching excursions.
The campsite is located 4 km from the Ngoma border post between Namibia and Botswana.
