Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Please enquire if you want to book 1 night on a weekend.
- There is no power outages.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
- Portable air-cons are available at an extra cost per night.
- Any loss or damage to any part of the property and equipment will be for the guest's account.
- Ciara Lodge reserves the right to change the allocation of chalets to accommodate large groups.
- Late arrival should be arranged beforehand.
- 1 Safe parking space is available per chalet.
- No visitors are allowed unless arranged prior.
- Visitors have to park outside. Guests staying after 20:00 at night will be charged as overnight guests.
- Children sleeping in a bed or on a mattress pay the normal rate.
- Cleaning service is available on weekdays.
- Children under 12 are not allowed at the pool without adult supervision. No alcohol is allowed in or around the pool.
- Please respect other guests. No music, noise, and parties are allowed.
- If guests do not adhere to the house rules a cleaning fee will be added to the guest's account.
- Management reserves the right of access. Ciara Lodge and it's owners do not take responsibility for any injuries, death, loss of property incurred by guests on the property. Guests stay, park, and use facilities on the premises at their own risk.
- No pets allowed.
