No more than 4 guests in the apartment at one time.
No commercial shoots are allowed on the rooftop.
Smoking is prohibited. The apartment has smoke detectors.
No loud noise or parties.
The apartment doesn’t experience load shedding due to its location, this however can change at Eskom’s discretion. The host will not be liable if it does.
For stays over two weeks, a maximum of R500 will be loaded for electricity usage. Anything above this will be for the guest's account.
