House Rules
Guests are required to take full responsibility for any breakages, damages, or losses that occur during the rental period, whether caused by themselves or their guests. The use of the premises and all equipment is at their own risk, and Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd. or the home owners shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages sustained during their stay.
Guests are advised that if they exceed the maximum number of permitted tenants, which includes children, or if they cause any disturbance with loud parties, they will be required to vacate the property immediately. No loud or 21st or matric parties are permitted, and only the maximum number of people, including children, allowed per property shall be admitted. Management reserves the right of admission, and no one under the age of 21 is allowed without proper adult supervision.
Guests are requested to make their choice of accommodation carefully, as changing houses upon arrival is not possible. Axes for chopping wood are not allowed, and furniture may not be moved under any circumstances. If the property is pet-friendly, guests are advised that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Full payment must clear Etna's bank account before the keys to the property can be handed over, and there will be no refund for shortened stays. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 10:00. In the event of load shedding, guests are advised to bring lanterns or lights for their use. It is recommended that guests use the alarm system of the property, as explained in the booklet or by the agent at check-in.
