Very pleasant experience.

Very friendly and helpful caretaker and staff. Th only issue I had was the water pressure was low, but was not a massive problem all things considered! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Great area, which is close to all amenities, Virginia Airport, malls and a mere 15 minute drive to Durban main beach.

Very clean, neat and secure accommodation and would definitely recommend same. Mom Joyce was very friendly and welcoming. Great for overnight stays, however, I would suggest that more cooking utensils be provided for visitors staying longer. i.e. larger pots for cooking, especially if a family of four.

A home away from home.

Clinch self catering is very clean, with all the utensils you need when you away form home. The maid and the lady who owns the place were very friendly during our stay, and also helped us to get alternate transport to move from Duraban North to the city. A word of warning to travelers: the meter taxis are very expensive from the station to the location. Thanks again to the Clinch staff, the stay was great.

Some 5 star hotels dont offer the comfort, convenience or service that we received here.

We were greeted by the owners and shown the unit, it was furnished with everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The unit is neat and clean.Our assets and vehicle was safe, we not inconvenienced. Its near the beach and malls. The owners are friendly and very co-operative. I'll recommend everyone to stay here . they offer reasonable rates and complete comfort! Excellent!
