Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is applicable to each booking and refundable after 7 days of the check-out day.

Please note that the establishment is set in a residential area and strives to maintain good neighbour relations. Therefore, strict policies are in place at the establishment and guests may be asked to vacate the premises or forfeit the breakage deposit for not adhering to these policies. Guests should please be mindful of the neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music at any time during the day.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests are also asked to maintain the tidiness of the houses and ensure that it's left in a clean state before checking out.
