Colonial Sands 305 is a fully furnished holiday apartment on the beachfront with magnificent ocean views. This accommodation is located within close proximity to Margate's CBD with its restaurants, shops, and cafes.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a 2 single beds bed and the third bedroom has 1 triple bunk bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower only.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. The living area has a couch and a flat-screen TV. This unit has an Openview decoder. If you prefer DStv please bring along your own decoder. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors open to the balcony which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities.
