House Rules
1. The following are supplied:

• Dish Washer (The Homestead & Nguni House)
• Cutlery, Crockery, Kitchen Utensils
• Essentials – Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Salt Pepper – apologies no wine included 😊
• Cleaning products
• Garbage Bags
• Bathroom Amenities

• Free parking on premises
• Indoor fireplace / 1 wood basket & fire lighters
• Wifi
2. Insect repellants in the cupboard below the kitchen zink
3. We supply one basket firewood, please order additional baskets with your host prior to check in (R50 per basket)
4. Please use ONLY the beach / outside towels provided when you enjoy the Hot Tub – don’t use the bathroom towels outside.
5. Accidents happen and “things” do break – kindly let us know so we can replace and ensure the next guests have full use of any and all amenities and equipment.
6. Quiet hours between 9 pm - 6 am. Please respect the noise curfew
7. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
8. Please take extra care of keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of R250 per missing key
9. Please take care of the premises, walls, furnishings, decor etc
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture
11. No smoking allowed inside, cigarette buds should be discarded in the supplied plastic container – please don’t throw on the ground.
12. Swimming is at the guest's own risk.
13. Guests must bring their own fishing equipment for catch-and-release fishing for Tilapia.
14. Check In: Between 2pm - 4pm (please arrange check in after 4pm)
15. Check Out: 10am (unless pre-arranged with your host)
