Perfect stay, highly recommended.

Adequate for my needs.

My stay was OK, but severely marred by the total lack of housekeeping and, on top of it, no explanation nor an apology from the hostess. When we returned to the BnB after the day's work, we noticed that it had not been cleaned, the beds were not made, the refuse bins were not emptied, and the dishes were not washed. This is simply inexcusable and unacceptable.

However, when you arrived, I asked if you would like daily service, and you mentioned that you and your daughter would manage on your own. We respect our guests’ privacy and typically only provide cleaning upon request. However, I completely understand that this may not have met your expectations, and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

I also wanted to mention that, in an effort to be accommodating, I had offered a discount on your booking. I sincerely hope this helped in making your stay more enjoyable, even though the cleaning aspect didn’t go as planned.
