Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside of the establishment.
No noise is allowed after 22:00 during the week, and no noise is allowed after 23:00 over weekends.
Please ensure that no smoke enters the establishment from external activities.
Pets are allowed, however, arrangements need to be made with the owners in advance.
The DStv is Explora compatible, guests may bring their own DStv decoder and card.
Guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
Day visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement.
Please do not throw any foreign objects, sanitary pads, or disposable nappies into the toilets. All holiday homes make use of septic tanks.
No noise after 10pm during the week and 11pm over weekends. Please keep the volume of car sound systems at a reasonable level.
No braais or fires may be used indoors, on enclosed verandahs, balconies, or wooden decks. Please only use the specially designated braai areas.
No fireworks are allowed.
No furniture or utensils may be removed from the premises. Please do not move the furniture around the house.
Feeding the monkeys is strictly prohibited.
Please leave the premises as you found them.
Rinse sea sand off before entering the house.
The kitchen is to be left clean and tidy, all dishes washed and put away. A fee will be charged otherwise.
If there is smoking in the house 50% of the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Refuse removal occurs every Tuesday.
