Bad unprofessional service.

Checking in at reception went well. We then decided to have a drink on the veranda as it was raining, and we would have been very wet by the time we had arrived at our suite. The drinks order was placed, and it took about 10 minutes before it arrived, and we were the only people there at that time. The drinks arrived, and the order had been totally messed up. There was also no Coca Cola available. My wife needed to go to the bathroom in the hotel, and the toilet was blocked, with no notification to this effect. Het Bethel op Loftus gaan kyk en die was naby genoeg.
