The Farmhouse Studios each have a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, toilet, and basin. The kitchenette is fitted with a fridge, gas stove and mini-oven, kettle, toaster, and a microwave. There is a dining area with a couch and a lovely fireplace for the colder winter evenings. There is also a Weber braai for guests' use. Towels, linen and a crate of firewood are supplied.

The farm is located 7.1 km outside the town of Dullstroom. There is a 7.5 km gravel road and a 1 km farm road. High-clearance vehicles are recommended.
At the Farmhouse Studios, there are no children permitted unless all 4 units are booked by the same group.
The owners retain the right to request anyone they deem to be behaving inappropriately to vacate the premises with immediate effect.
