Peaceful, tranquil and just phenomenal and so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crimson Views. The house is just spectacular. The owner of the house is also very easy to communicate with and super accommodating as we asked to have day visitors, and he allowed it. The views from the house are also just phenomenal. The beds were also so comfortable, although one of the beds in the bottom room needs to be replaced. The pool table also needs to be replaced. There were a few cockroaches, so maybe regular fumigation could keep them away, but overall the place is very clean and well taken care of.

Good holiday house for family and friends.

It was very enjoyable, the place is nice and big and has lots of entertainment. There are a few things that need replacing and some maintenance in the house, but other than that it was very nice.

Wat 'n akelige ervaring! Uiterse swak ontvangs en diens van die opsigter. Die huis is vervalle en skiet tekort in die basiese toebehore in die kombuis en stoep. Daar was nie vatdoeke of tafeldoeke nie. Die skoonmaker het na 5 uur eers die huis verlaat.

Great for a big group, but a little run down and shabby.

It is a good option for large groups. They need to update things a little to make it more comfortable. If you are a big group, definitely take your own toilet paper. It is a good spot but a little run down. Solar did not work or help with load shedding at all. Very convenient and secure. Great space for games and socialising with a big group for a weekend away.

Enjoyable stay with group of friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crimson Views with our group of friends with young children. It is genuinely a rare find considering the value for money. We really loved the large open plan kitchen/lounge dining area which could comfortably accommodate the ten adults and 8 children. The spacious rooms and many bathrooms/toilets added to the experience. The house was clean and neat. The beach is a short walk from the house. The kids spent most of the time in the pool, which was heated up by the solar system installed. The fact that the house has an inverter installed ensured that load shedding was not a concern. Grateful that the hosts could accommodate our special requests. We will definitely return again.

Heerlik gekuier met familie om 'n 80ste verjaarsdag te vier.

Die huis is groot en almal kon lekker saamkuier oor die naweek ten spyte van die stormsterk wind. Jammer daar is nêrens 'n plek om te braai as die wind waai nie. Hou van die solar stelsel en gasstoofplate.

Dit was rustig en verwelkomend.

Die grootmense het die kamers bo gehad en die tieners onder by die speelkamer. Dit het 'n pragtige uitsig en is warm en rustig.

Good break away from home. Lovely views, spacious house.

A few things we found which was a problem that we were not told about. Pool Kew was broken, pool table not levelled, bedroom door handles broken, bedroom cupboard door is loose and broken. Couldn't watch Netflix as the account wasn't paid. I had paid a lot of money for the 2 nights stay yet so many things were not as expected and advertised such as 2 braai areas and there's only 1. The house is a beautiful house and it's an ideal location. I would definitely suggest that fixing the house should be done before guests arrive. We pay thousands of rands to stay and do not get the proper quality that is expected. Also, the pool should definitely be made bigger.

Friends with kids.

Our stay was enjoyable and the house was spacious enough for our group of 14 with kids ranging from age 4 to 16. I would however recommend a TV downstairs in the games room to keep kiddies entertained as one TV for a large group is not ideal (especially if there are matches to watch and kids want to game or watch a movie). An indoor braai or built-in covered braai would also be great when it's raining and windy. Other than that, the house was perfect and the kitchen was well-equipped.

It was a pleasant stay. The group did enjoy themselves.

I did mention to Angela that the pool was not clean and uncovered so the water was not very clean. The couch can be updated it is old and uncomfortable to sit in. Wi-Fi was an issue (might be the effects of load shedding) we ended up using our own data and dongle. And also the TV gave us error messages. Also when someone is requesting a proforma invoice please include the deposit on there as you included the cleaning fees it makes it easier when it's a group or company booking.

Everything was fine, love the big rooms and showers and toilets dedicated to each room.

Our stay would have been excellent if not for the rain on the second day of our 3-day weekend.

'n Naweek gepaardgaande met gemengde gevoelens, wat ek so gou as moontlik wil vergeet!

Dit was vir meeste van die groep 'n 1ste keer en hulle was opgewonde. Vir my as 'n gereëlde reisiger was dit 'n bitter ongasvrye, koue ondervinding. Geen verwelkoming vanaf die eienaars/agent, of ontvangs met aankoms, en afsien met vertrek nie. Dit was baie ongasvry, en alles in die huis was nie op standaard nie. In die kombuis was 'n vullisdrom met 'n aaklige reuk en onder was 'n kamer en badkamer met 'n bedompige reuk. Ek moes foto's neem van wat ek fout vind, en dit aanstuur, maar moes 'n breekskadefooi van R2000 betaal, asook 'n R1000 skoonmaakfooi (vir wie en wat weet ek nie, want ek het self skoongemaak). Jy stuur boodskappe na die bestuur, maar dit word dae daarna daarop reageer. Die huis is gevaarlik in die sin dat dit 'n dubbelverdiepinghuis met trappe is, en daar is geen beligting tydens loadshedding nie, en dis stikdonker, jy kan jou lelik beseer. Geen vooraf waarskuwing daarvan word vermeld nie, en ek voel vir R15 000 moet 'n mens darem waarde vir jou geld kry. Nee, ek is nogal teleurgesteld! Ek wag nou dat die res van my R2000 breekskade terugbetaal word, en hoop dit sal voor Kersfees geskied.

Dit was 'n baie lekker met meer as genoeg spasie vir ons groot groep vriende.

As ek net een voorstel kan maak, sal ek sê dat daar of 'n binnebraai moet kom of 'n manier kry om die boonste stoep toe te maak met weather blinds of iets, net sodat mens die buitekant kan geniet as die wind baie erg waai of as dit koud is, soos wat die geval was met ons die eerste aand. Verder dink ek die huis kan hier en daar doen met herstelwerk en instandhouding of self opgraderings. Byvoorbeeld die speletjieskamer onder is darem in 'n baie swak kondisie, sodat mens amper nie dit kan gebruik nie.

OK to stay, sacrifice a little comfort to accommodate larger family.

It definitely not the best accommodation available, I would probably rate it around 2. 5 to3 stars. The only reason we took this accommodation was that is could sleep the whole family for that specific weekend when everyone was available. If we had the option of 2 houses next to each other it would have been a better option. The maid came at around 3am and tripped the alarm, we were notified the day before that she would be coming to iron the following day. But 3am and tripping the alarm was not great.

Our stay was interesting to say the least.

As lovely as the house is there are absolutely way too many rules, you are ridiculously scared of making any mistakes. There were too many ants and was a cockroach infestation in the kitchen. I would not recommend coming here as young people (as in teens-30's). There's too much pressure to not break anything. There was also no salt, pepper or scissors within the house at all, we had to buy our own when we got there. However, with that being said the manager Angel is absolutely lovely and was reachable at all times.

It was awesome.

It's a very nice place to relax and to enjoy with a large group of people and I got excellent service from Angel the manager, she was very kind and helpful, stunning venue. Thanks to Ryan, the place is awesome.

Absolutely delightful.

We had the best time at Crimson Views. What a fabulous and clean accommodation with the best facilities for our big group.

Dit was net die regte plek om te kies vir ons wegbreek. Dis 'n baie mooi plek en 'n baie rustig area.

Pragtige voor-uitsig, groot slaapkamers as ook badkamers ek sal defnitief weer 'n draai maak by Crimson view.

Our stay was very relaxed and especially enjoyed the fireplace.

Will definitely return.

Fabulous weekend.

We found the place well equipped and in the perfect spot, close to the beach and shops. The house had plenty of space to accommodate all 15 of us including kids and teenagers, the games room was awesome. Beautiful surroundings and would definitely go there again.

Dis 'n baie veilige omgewing vir ouers met klein kinders. Kombuis goed ingerig. Alles wat jy mag nodig kry om 'n maaltyd voor te berei. Ons sal beslis terugkom.

An incredible house for large groups with all the extras you can imagine.

Incredible rooms, with great views. It was a great time for all young and old. It an all-around amazing house, that has everything you need so you don't need to leave for the weekend.
