I am so sorry that your family were not comfortable with our pets (and watchdogs). Being Labrador and very hot weather, they will go into whatever water they can find. It was nice to see everybody a bit more relaxed with the animals by the time you left.

My staff are continually impressed with the need for good cleaning practices. They have busy daily routines with room cleaning in the mornings and laundry in the afternoons. They were unable to enter and clean your rooms as they were occupied until they went off for lunch.
