House Rules
- Reception: All check-ins at West Coast Life 's Reservations office, situated in Crystal Lagoon Lodge
- Reception Hours: Check-in only 14:00- 19.30 and Check-out 11:00.
- Late arrivals: We do not accept late arrivals, but in case of an emergency a surcharge of R75.00 per hour will apply for arrivals between 20h00-23h00.
- For Arrivals arriving after 23:00 an additional per hour fee will apply. If late arrivals are not pre-arranged we cannot guarantee reception, and you might forfeit your reservation.
- Late arrival fees can not be charged to your guest account, it must be settled on arrival to the check-in officer.
- Early check-ins or late departures: additional per hour fee.
The self-catering rate does not include housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay an extra fee will be charged.
