Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in otherwise a security fee of R1500 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Beekman Holidays acts as primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking, earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.
It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in the occupation of your booking not being permitted.
Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee of R1500 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Use of some recreational facilities/equipment at the resort is subject to an additional fee.
Kindly note that there is limited cell phone reception at Crystal Springs. In particular, Telkom users may experience limitations while on the Resort. MTN service users are advised that cell phone reception is weak to non-existent during periods of load-shedding.
Please be aware that Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge does not cater for nor in fact allow student bookings as the resort is not equipped for such nor is suitable. Should you be in the process of booking, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office for guidance to make suitable alternative arrangements. This resort has instructed us that due to the above, bookings for students will not be allowed occupation.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
Without exception, no entry will be allowed to any person in excess of the maximum/recommended prescribed on this letter. If more than the stipulated number of persons occupy the unit, you or your party may be required to either reserve another unit to accommodate the party in excess of the recommended occupancy or vacate the unit and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
