Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
SAFETY FIRST- We are a family friendly property and hope children enjoy the farm. Children should be supervised at all times by an adult and parents are responsible for their children’s safety. Please be extra vigilant around the pool, dam and balcony.
DAMAGES- In the unfortunate event that something is broken or damaged please let us know. In the event damages or extra cleaning exceeds the value of the security deposit, the cost incurred will be billed to the guest.
VISITORS- Small gatherings are permitted with prior arrangement with the owner. Any additional overnight visitors will be subject to our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who booked to ensure visitors keep to house rules too.
PETS- Your pets are most welcome. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. We would also kindly ask that you do not allow animals onto furniture or the beds. no more than 2 dogs per stay.
SMOKING- If you want to smoke, please smoke outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays and be mindful of preventing veldfires if you are walking around the farm.
NOISE- Please be respectful and try to avoid loud noise between 11pm and 8am.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES- Please double check you have switched off lights, electrical devices, heating or air conditioning before you go out. The underfloor heating system uses a substantial amount of electricity, if you would like to make use of it, it will be billed separately. The farm's irrigation system is complex, please don't tamper with it.
SECURITY- Prince Albert is very safe but please don’t forget to close windows and lock the doors when you leave the house. Most importantly- please ensure the gate is closed at all times.
KEYS- Please take care of the house keys, if lost, a replacement fee will be incurred and billed to the guest.
Should guests not adhere to the house rules, we reserve the right to request they leave the property.
