Description
De Nada is a comfortable, self-catering house situated 30 m from the beach near Mosselbank in Paternoster, a quaint fishing village on the West Coast of South Africa. Paternoster is about 150 km north of Cape Town on the R27 and 15 km northwest of Vredenburg, making it a favourite weekend getaway destination for Capetonians. The West Coast is known for its great species richness and the high level of endemism makes it a very special place for wildflower lovers the world over.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom, which is downstairs, contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, a toilet and a basin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains a double bed and an additional single bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed, and has use of a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There are 2 mattresses in the upstairs loft area that can be utilized by 2 additional guests, on request only at an extra fee.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table with chairs.
The upstairs lounge contains comfortable seating. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels and a heater. There is also a 6-seater dining table upstairs. This area opens to a partially covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and awesome views. Lockable garage parking is available for 2 vehicles.
