Spacious, well-equipped house with enough living and sleeping space for a large family, close to the sea and a view of the sea from part of the veranda.

Nice holiday home and enough parking. Well located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the sea. Plenty of appliances and two large fridge/freezers. For the price it would have been reasonable accommodation but unfortunately the house and "garden" need a lot of attention (TLC) and repairs - e.g. blocked shower (already mentioned in several previous reviews), broken front door lock, alarm without backup battery, broken/cracked floor tiles, peeling paint, weathered/dirty/broken furniture etc.

Best accommodation ever.

Good value for money and we really enjoyed it. It feels like your own place, that's how well the house is equipped for a vacation. The see air does one well. The view and everything is perfect. De Waal Drive 16, we'll see you again.

Spacious house for visiting.

Spacious house. Cleanliness is lacking. 2 bathroom lights not working. Bedside lamps none worked. Cushions on couches by television are very dirty.

Relaxing.

We had a great time. The indoor barbecue is a winner and the house offers beautiful views and lots of natural light. It is a practical sea house. Suggestions for improvement: (a) the toaster did not work properly and probably needs to be replaced (b) the shower in the first bathroom in the hallway leaks a lot of water - probably through the cement between floor tiles - which needs to be mopped up every time to to prevent someone from slipping on it (c) some of the blinds need attention and will probably have to be serviced or replaced (d) the refrigerator's bottom door needs to be lifted to close it properly seeing as one hinge is faulty. Failure to do so will cause the fridge to fail to seal. On arrival one part of the freezer was iced up almost unusable - again probably because the door wasn't closed properly at some point.

Peaceful, beautiful surroundings. House was spacious and very tidy. We had a very peaceful time.

Would recommend to people who are looking for tranquility and have children, also guests who like entertaining and barbecuing, lovely open spacious house.

The week was very quiet.

Everything was very nice. The house is big with enough space except the kitchen which was a bit small. The doors and toilets need attention. More blankets are needed in Winter.

Your cleaning service needs attention. Some lights didn't have bulbs in them and there wasn't enough cutlery for everyone.

Excellent address for a family.

Comfortable four bedroom family home. Seperate TV room where kids can enjoy themselves while the rest have a braai indoors and chat.

In general, it is a lovely living house with all the necessary facilities for a nice large group. Lovely surroundings, excellent location with a beautiful view and really enjoyed our stay. We did experience certain things that definitely need attention and must be reviewed beforehand, e.g. that all light bulbs and electrical equipment work and that the dishwasher is equipped for at least 1 use. In the box under the sink are a multitude of containers and bags that look like storage space for everyone's "leftover" soaps and the dampness of the master bedroom's en-suite bathroom (no light bulb) needs attention.
