Die Groen Pophuis is a lovely bachelor flat located just 500 m from the beach and is perfectly located in Mosselbay. This property has a 5.5kw battery and solar panels making it a loadshedding free property.
This flat has its own entrance and can accommodate 2 guests while the owners live in the main house on the same property. It comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed and has a double inflatable mattress or sleeper couch that can be used to accommodate 2 extra guests. Guest need to supply their bedding for the blow up mattress. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The bedroom has comfy couches as well as a TV with a selection of DStv channels.
