Description

Die Tuin Huis is a charming old historic home located in Caledon, in the heart of the Overberg and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes grain on the slopes of the Black Mountains.

Accommodation at Die Tuin Huis is provided in 2 modern slef-catering units, called the Main House and Cottage. Both units are newly renovated and furnished. Each unit comprises a large open-plan kitchen and living area with a lovely private outdoor braai area. The main house has also a large indoor braai, ideal for those cold winters days.

The Main House sleep 12 people in total and comprises 4 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms and the other 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms.

The Cottage is a smaller unit that sleeps 6 guests in 3 rooms. There are 2 double and 1 twin rooms, of which 1 double room has an en-suite bathroom and the other rooms share a bathroom.

Caledon offers a wide variety of activities that include the hot springs at the Caledon Casino, mountain bike trails, and guests can visit the Caledon Museum and Wildflower Garden. The town is also just a stone throw away from two beautiful wine trails, and towns such as Greyton and Hermanus also with a variety of things to do.
