Situated in Shelley Point Golf Estate, Dolphins Beach Villa is a stunning and spacious holiday home right on the beach providing comfortable self-catering accommodation with direct access to the beach. This beach villa is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends/business guests seeking a relaxing beach getaway. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet, and accommodates up to 7 guests.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, armchairs, a chaise longue and a telescope while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and armchair. Each of these bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds or a king bed if preferred, while the third bedroom is furnished with a 3/4 bed and an armchair. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and access to the full-length beach front balcony. The main bedroom has a double vanity and a heated towel rail.
The spacious open-plan kitchen and scullery are equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 2 electric ovens and stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. (Nespresso), and all pots and pans are cast iron. There is s a granite island with bar stools and entertainment area with 2 built-in gas braais, a pizza oven fireplace, and dining table all overlooking the ocean. The living area features a Gommagomma lounge suite, a gas fireplace, a TV, board games, puzzles, and books. Additionally, the villa includes a paddle ski, surfboard, boogie boards, a small trampoline, and a doll house for guests to enjoy. This villa also features a pizza oven.
There is a large car park, double garage, grass garden, and complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix. Activities include surfing, snorkelling, kayaking, golf, fishing, swimming, beach walks, and birding. There is a 9-hole Golf course, tennis courts, a children's play park, volleyball and football fields, 3 beaches, and a lighthouse to explore all in Shelley Point Golf Estate.
