The Butterfly Villa is a lovely family house in Pringle Bay, Overberg. This house boasts breathtaking views of the calm blue sea with beautiful blue-grey mountains in the background.

The Butterfly Villa is 90% off the grid with solar power and features 2 separate units of which the upper level unit can accommodate 4 guests and the lower level 8 guests, making it ideal for a family or group of friends. Both units can also be booked together. Amenities for a comfortable self-catering stay is provided.

Shared amenities include a Jacuzzi and a large outdoor braai fire pit, Wi-Fi and off-street parking with secure gated entry and ample space for up to 6 vehicles. Smoke and security alarm systems are installed.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants in Pringle Bay. Activities and attractions in the area include hiking, Harold Porter Botanical Gardens, sandboarding, kayaking, biking, Blue Flag beaches, surfing, boogie boarding, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), swimming and many restaurants and shops.

Pringle Bay is situated in the UNESCO Kogelberg Nature Reserve, and guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife from the kitchen, dining room, the patio or go for a short drive to Stony Point Penguin Colony and the Harold Porter National Botanical Garden in Betty's Bay. Pringle Bay is a fantastic spot for whale watching from July to October.
