The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants in Pringle Bay. Activities and attractions in the area include hiking, Harold Porter Botanical Gardens, sandboarding, kayaking, biking, Blue Flag beaches, surfing, boogie boarding, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), swimming, and many restaurants and shops.
