Teleurstellend. Kan die instelling nie met vrymoedigheid aanbeveel nie.

Met ons aankoms het die gasvrou nie geweet van ons bespreking nie. Sy het toe reeds een van ons kamers aan ander gaste toegeken, maar ek moet erken dat sy geen probleem gehad het om vir ons nuwe kamers toe te ken nie. Twee van die 3 kamers wat ons as werksgroep bespreek het, het die aand voor slaaptyd en die oggend met opstaantyd (05:00) nie warm water gehad nie. Dit was 'n baie onaangename verrassing. Ek het die probleem onder ons gasvrou se aandag gebring wat dit deur die dag aangespreek het deur die warmwatertoestelle te laat herstel. Ons het die 2de aand van ons verblyf gelukkig darem warm water gehad. Ek twyfel oor die stergradering van die instelling en sal voorstel dat dit hersien moet word.

Upon our arrival, the hostess did not know about our reservation. By then she had already allocated one of our rooms to other guests, but I must admit that she had no problem in allocating us new rooms. Two of the 3 rooms we booked as a working group did not have hot water the night before bed and the morning when we got up (05:00). It was a very unpleasant surprise. I brought the problem to the attention of our hostess who addressed it throughout the day by having the hot water appliances repaired. Luckily we had hot water on the 2nd night of our stay. I have doubts about the star rating of the institution and would suggest that it should be reviewed.

Location great. Revamp needed big time.

This town does not have great accommodation. With this location, much is possible if they do a major upgrade.
