Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Cleaning services are available daily at an additional cost.
Guests need to bring their own beach and extra bath towels.
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
No extra guests are allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment.
If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times and no parties are allowed.
If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the guests may be evicted and will forfeit any monies paid.
