Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note an administration/booking fee of R 600.00 and a refundable key/breakage deposit of R 700.00 is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
No Show: 100% of deposit paid will be forfeited.
0 - 15 Days before arrival: 100% of deposit paid will be forfeited.
16 - 30 Days before arrival : 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote (whichever is greater) will be forfeited.
31 Days + : 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote (whichever is greater) will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be done in writing. Booking/Admin fees are non-refundable.
