Thank you for your review. When booking, our location is set out in detail on the map provided. Upon arrival you were told that you could put your full rubbish bags on the cupboard on the deck. The rubbish is collected daily. We do not leave big bins on the property as they are not necessary. Before booking you could always have checked as to whether the farm was located by way of a dirt road. Before guests arrive the Chalet is checked personally by me and is always in a pristine condition.

Thank you for your review. The Chalet is advertised as only sleeping 2/3 persons and that DSTV is available which it was. The basic DStv programmes were available to you. You then requested full DStv cover which I advised would be an additional R25 per day for which you did not pay. I am sorry that you felt uncomfortable while swimming. As long as guests adhere to the pool hours they are perfectly welcome to swim and enjoy themselves.
