Suggestions: For warmth in winter on screeded floors, place more rugs in the bedroom and a runner in the toilet. Only a duvet is supplied, no flat sheet. Lovely shower. Air conditioner is available. It would be nice to have side tables by the couch. The cabinet with cutlery, crockery, dustbin, and basin requires one to keep opening the cabinet doors to gain access.
