Ebb & Flo is a contemporary double-story self-catering holiday home located in the 16 Mile Private Beach Estate in Yzerfontein, offering sea views and a balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean.
This property can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, as well as a guest toilet. The first 3 bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Quality linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. A microwave and a dishwasher are also available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable couches and a smart TV with streaming channels only accessible from guests' own accounts. Access to free Wi-Fi, an inverter with battery back-up, sufficient to keep the TV and Wi-Fi active during power outages, is also available. The lounge leads to a closed patio with a built-in braai, a bar with a bar fridge, and stools.
The living areas have stacking doors leading out to an outdoor covered patio with comfortable outdoor seating where guests can relax after a busy day. Additionally, the home features a saltwater swimming pool as well as a double garage with laundry facilities, and a chest freezer. This property is secure with an alarm system with back-to-base security response, inside beams, and CCTV camera system.
The location of this property is close to the beach, restaurants, walking trails, bike rides, and a short drive to the West Coast National Park and Langebaan.
