House Rules
Breakfast is optional at N$130.00 per adult and N$100.00 per child between 6 to 11 years old. A fixed buffet menu can be arranged before arrival.
Shuttles can be arranged in advance at reception.
Children aged between 0 and 5 stay free (1 child per family).
Children aged between 6 and 11 years - N$300.00 (1 child per family)
Parrot and Alpaca viewing free of charge. Arrangements at reception.
Game drives available at N$300.00 per person (minimum 4 people).
No children allowed at the cool-down pool or the duck pool without adult supervision.
No music allowed.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in rooms or chalets.
Any breakages in chalets and rooms are for your account.
Kindly switch the air-conditioner off when you go out. Do not keep air-conditioners running when doors and windows are open.
For safety please keep your room locked when you leave the premises and ensure that the main gate closes behind you.
Kindly use water responsibly, we are in a drought. Switch off lights and air-conditioners when you depart.
Do not feed the animals on the premises.
We do not take responsibility for any injuries, loss of life, or loss of any valuables.
