Nice hotel in a lovely mountain area.

We had some lovely days in this hotel. The premises belonging to it are huge and you can do nice hikes without leaving them. The buildings are okay, but could need a renovation in the next years.

Good location and fine accommodation

The room was clean and comfortable and nicely located. Pity about the screaming children running wild. Good location for family stays. Wrong location for anyone wanting to enjoy peace and tranquility. Staff were willing and helpful but lack the "polish" required of a 4-star establishment. We put it down to inadequate training and supervision. The food was frankly, quite awful - my fried eggs were "toasted" (dark brown and leathery - couldn't cut through it) and my husband's omlette was dark brown on the outside and raw on the inside! We sent it back. Our nightly turn-down looked as if I had jumped out of bed in a hurry, as opposed to gentle folded back!!
